Fall Camp - Day 1

•The Huskers are apparently more comfortable as they open their third season under Coach Callahan.

•Stewart Bradley’s hair was the major focus of the press conference…and for good reason. It's coif-ilicious. Look at that body, look at that bounce, and the texture is fabulous. It’s a shame he has to wear a helmet. If Dick Butkus were dead he’d surely be spinning in his grave.

•Harrison Beck has a new attitude to go along with a new physique this Fall. Ahh, the magic of maturity selective reporting?

•The running backs are hoping to improve their protection of Zac Taylor. My favorite quote is this "Maddenism" from Marlon Lucky: “If you let (the defenders) go, and they get to the quarterback, that’s not good.” Nope. See, football is a game of inches and profound insights.

•If you haven’t read it yet, do yourself a favor and check out Everyday Should Be Saturday’s (from now on abbreviated as EDSBS) piece on white wide receivers. So is Todd Peterson “gritty” or is it his “deceptive speed” that makes him so dangerous?

•Finally, Burnt Orange Nation is your one-stop-shop for all of your Rhett Bomar humor, including Oklahoma's new logo. Is there some sort of rivalry between UT and OU that I should be aware of?
