Chalk this one up to the NCAA and the NFL. I can guarantee you that this kid either a.) has been flagged for a celebration penalty before or b.) saw his favorite college/NFL player put the ball down like this last weekend. Either way, he set the ball down in a cordial manner all because of the celebration rule and now he is going to be the laughingstock of the school.
